A freezing plan Rodopa is industrial investment project of new type which grew a local’s business potential.

  The plot is located at the industrial island (about 350,000 m²), which is a part of the industrial and sea port district with its 2 container terminals, rail way net and rail ferry terminal to change the bogies of rail wagons from European to Russian standard, with rail way connections to Bourgas (sea port) Plovdiv, Sofia, Russe-Bukarest.

  The asset includes two parts, (about 48,000 mІ covered with different buildings and about 2,000 mІ with an own pier). To this time the main plot is overbuilt to about 40 % with buildings and one steel construction of 5,200 mІ, prepared to be completed with walls and ceiling as storage. Beside of this is placed a machine house to be rebuilt – together with the steel construction it also may be used as a refrigerator base.

  This project will lead away the investment to main market position because this is the largest and the most modern freezing plan in Bulgaria.
