This is a fully contained holiday apartment hotel located right down town of the biggest and most prestigious resort of the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast - Sunny Beach. Great location. Layout
This modern complex has been designed in a sophisticated classic style. The total number of the floor is six.
The ground floor and the second floor are provided for commercial use – stores, a café and a medical centre with privately owned doctor’s offices with luxurious foyers. The residential part of the complex spreads from the third up to the sixth floor, including a total of 82 one-, two and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 40 and 100 sq.m. The apartments are divided into three separate sections and each section has a separate elevator with luxuriously finished common spaces. The access to the residential area is restricted. The complex provides 25 parking lots on the ground level, in the immediate proximity of the central building entrance.
